Here we will guide your children to start writing and sketching journals and have fun learning different kinds of calligraphy and handwriting. At the same time, students will start observing and articulate thoughts, feelings, and sensations as they arise be more opened and more curious.

Fine Arts at Duke University | Teaching Artist & Filmmaker
Lily Frame is a filmmaker and teaching artist in the city of Durham, North Carolina. A believer in the arts as a form of transformative healing and a cultural worker for social change, Frame enjoys practicing art as a labor of love with others. Her personal work explores the mode of documentary and experimental filmmaking and the significance of first-person filmmaking. She has been recognized with awards and screened nationally and internationally at Cucalorus Festival, NC Museum of History, Mindfield Film Festival, etc. She enjoys being a teaching artist because it’s her joy to watch students discover new ways to express themselves and embrace new ways to create. She wants to help her students realize success is always possible and there are no wrong answers. Her goal is to fuel confidence and purpose through art-making, which students can carry through all endeavors.
Born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, Frame earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies at the University of North Carolina of Wilmington in 2020. She is currently a full-time student earning her Master of Fine Arts at Duke University’s Experimental and Documentary Arts program.
