Chess courses have been prevalent during the Champion Summer Camp for the past decades because they are fun games that promote forward-thinking and memory training, not to mention the other transferable skills applied in real life. This course will help students be better chess players, from learning key concepts to taking control of the game.
Students will learn
- key concepts: strength and weakness of each piece, endgames, how to win with tactics
- controlling: forcing moves, reading board, key openings, choose the best move, advanced endgame
- and much more!

Prerequisite: Basic understanding of some fundamentals
